I'm going!

Just a few days ago I was on the phone with a friend. I haven't seen her almost 2 months now, but we talk on the phone or text each other whenever we can. The last time I spoke to, she asked, "are you still at the same place/house?"

She knows me so well after 10-11 years of friendship that she knows it is very ordinary for her that I may have changed homes (moved) or countries since the last time we spoke.

It is true; you can expect me to decide on something and act upon that decision right away. I am actually quite stable, I mean I like standing on solid ground, but at the same time I am very spontaneaous. Well, it seems that most members of my family and friends are quite used to this. I decided to go to Turkey this week (I'm flying in 24 hours). I discussed it on Wednesday, decided on Thursday, purchased ticket on Friday, told mum and some friends on Friday night, updated my Facebook status on Sunday, and flying Monday after midnight (it's actually Tuesday morning since it's after midnight).

I will only be away for 2 weeks. I have some business and need some time out. So I'm hoping that it's going to be an exciting couple of weeks inshaallah.

So please make dua and wish all the best. I hope to be back with some news too. :))

I made it myself!

Last Sunday I was booked in for some hijab styling, and I thought I would share some photos with you. :) I hope you likey!

Hijab Stylist: Gonul Edibe Taban-Colak (me)
Make-Up Artist: Yeliz Tacay

The lovely bride did not want something too over the top, so I beaded a lace band to match the lace and beading on her bridal gown. The roses were also hand-made by moi. :)

Hijab Stylist: Gonul Edibe Taban-Colak (you guessed it, me again!) :)
Make-Up Artist: Yeliz Tacay
Photos: Courtesy of my beloved iphone :)

Just incase you may ask like some others have; the hairspray was used for the hair on the sides. They tend to slip out, so I use some hair styling products such as hair gel/spray to help keep them in!

My wonderful photographer friend Hakan has uploaded some more photos of the bride from the above wedding. There was a particular one which I couldn't do without sharing. It's absolutely gorgeous. The effect he used in the said photo brings out the make-up and hijab style beautifully.

Don't you just love her flowers? They're real.

NUDE ALERT!!!

No, not NUDE as in NAKED. If you are interested in fashion you would already know that I am referring to the colour nude. :)

As the warm weather hits Australia (it just hit us here in Melbourne last week), there is another popular colours besides this summer's brights; Nude!

I already mentioned in a previous post that I love bright colours, but I am loving nude too. It's gorgeous! I had read somewhere that "nude is the new black", but this was last year (had I mentioned Australia is slow to follow world fashion?!).

I love the gorgeous nude colour clothing (and lipstick), but my favourite is the shoe! I love the idea of swapping black shoes for a nude one, but I don't have any!

Note to Self 1: Buy a pair of stunning nude shoes; be it flats, sandals, or heels. I think they look better in heels, but oh well, still can't manage to wear them.

Note to Self #2: Practice makes perfect; wear heels in the house to get used to them! :)

Nude colour shoes look even more stunning under the bright coloured dresses. They don't stand out like the black ones do, so yeah, I'm definitely for them. I think they even look hotter under black outfits. I just love the milky nude look. even with accessories! Large chunky nude bangles, rings... Just looks awesome against the skin. I think it looks hot on every skin colour no matter how dark or light you are. Hmm, I definitely need to do a nude set and play with a couple of looks that may be suitable for hijabis...

So what do you think about going nude? :) You know what I mean!!! :)))) Do you love love love 'em like myself? Or you prefer to give it a miss?

Do you have a pair yourself? Do you? If you do, I would really appreaciate if you could send in a photo of yourself strutting the nudes to edbdesigns@gmail.com. I will hide your face if you do prefer to remain anonymous, but we have no hijabi examples, so it would be a great favour to all who would like to try the look but don't know how. Please?? Hmm? :)

Mucux

What can I say? Just gorgeous. I love the way this purple looks with the nude shoes. Doesn't the nude just compliment her skin colour? I know the dress isn't suitable for hijabis, but this one is for the shoes and skin tone. :) You can also get ideas on the use of colour. However, I think this dress would also look nice with more length and sleeves.

I'm quite fond of Kate Hudson. I love her nudes in this photo. And the dress! Yes, we can wear it! :)) (Let's not forget to cover up the arms!!!) Hijab with a full on sleeveless top don't look good. I've seen it in person, so trust me. :)

Ah... Blake Lively... I'm ashamed to say I watch Gossip Girl. I'm too old for it, and it has a lot of inappropriate stuff in it, but I do watch it. Anyhow, see what I mean about the brights worn with nude shoes. Look good? I sure think so!

Remember how I mentioned that nude shoes look even hotter with black outfits? Take a look! I also think it makes the legs look longer. I am definitely going to wear nude shoes with something black... since my closet is mainly black. LOL Hey, I do want to bring colour into my life, but it's just gonna take some time. I started off with colourizing (is that even a word?) my hijab wardrobe. :))

Sarah Jessica Parker... Sex in the City... Do I watch it? Where do you think I got my blog name from? :) Yes, ashamed to admit once again... Anyway, back to the colours... Another example of a nude dress and nude shoes worn together. Very prettyful if I may say so myself.

These shoes are probably more beige than nude, and a size too big on her, but you get my drift with the use of colours. Hmm, a longer skirt, longer sleeves, and a hijab... There you go, a hijabi. LOL I know for some the belt is a no no for hijabis (without anything on top), but nobody is perfect, and I am nobody... NOT hehe I know, bad joke, but read between the lines and you'll know what I mean. :)

Last but not least... the beautiful Angelina Jolie with a pair of flat nudes with a very casual outfit. I think I like the nude flats too. Looks like she aint wearing any shoes! I haven't got any example shots of anybody wearing nude sandals/gladiators in this post, but I am really liking the ones I see.

Must buy nude shoes... Must buy nude shoes... Must buy nude shoes... Must buy nude shoes... Must buy nude shoes... Must buy nude shoes... Must buy... You know you can get me a gift too :P I'm a Aussie size 8.5 (so I usually get 8 or 9 when I can't find 8.5 which is hard to find). FYI! :)))

ADSL Companies

I don't know about you, but when it comes to classifying my internet usage, I'm a HEAVY USER. Almost every work I do is via the internet or requires the internet. On top of this, we watch everything online too. So yes, we are heavy internet users, my husband and I...

I'm on a monthly 80 GB plan, but only 35 GB is during peak hour and the remaining 45 GB is during off peak hour (between 4am and 9am!!!). So we usually end up using our 35 GB almost 1 week before our plan is up.

Now why am I writing about this? Simply because it's that time of the month, and I can't get decent speed which means I can hardly access anything properly. I even have great difficulty downloading/uploading translation texts to/from customers. So yeah I'm pissed and just venting.

I use TPG for my internet and they don't have ADSL 2 (it's a more improved and fast version of the standard ADSL) available in my suburb. I used to be quite happy with TPG's service 1 year ago, but in the last 6 months they have started to stuff up. I'm not too happy, and I'm even more pissed about their payment terms. They only have direct debit available, and I hate it!!! I really hate direct debit, because I never know when I will have cash in my account as I work freelance, and clients hardly ever pay on the agreed date. I had my internet disconnected 2 times for this reason, and yeah I hate the fact that I'm paying almost $80/month for 35 GB rather than the 80 GB that is advertised.

So naturally, 80 GB would be more than enough if I was allowed the entire limit. Anyhow... I would like to ask Aussie readers if they could recommend any good internet company for heavy users like our household? I need speed and GB. Oh and it has to be reliable. The price isn't a big issue, as I can't earn money if it weren't for my internet connection. So yeah, please, any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks

xoxo

The White Shirt Collection and Contribution

Ovarian Cancer

1 woman dies every 10 hours

I don't really watch television. Not because I don't like it, but because I don't really have the time to sit in front of the TV to watch what I like whenever the producers feel like putting on the shows I like.

I don't really have set working hours, so my life needs to be as flexible as I. So that includes my TV programs too!!! Which is why I usually watch whatever I want online at the times that suit me. I love it, because I can also choose what I don't watch.

Anyhow, back to the point. The last time I opened the TV was last week, and the only thing I noticed was a commercial by Witchery. For those of you who may not know, Witchery sells some hot good quality clothes and accessories. The prices aren't so economical, but I guess the products give you enough wear well worth your money.

The commercial probably wouldn't have attracted my attention if it was only a Witchery add, but they were contributing to something... Something important...

Ovarian Cancer
1 woman dies every 10 hours
Buy a white shirt from Witchery
100% of the proceeds go to Ovarian Cancer Research

Cancer is a serious threat to our lives. The death part is something else, but while the person is still alive and suffering, it seriously affects the quality of life and the ones that are close to you. I have not had someone very close to me die from cancer, but I have heard of many whose loved ones have. I have also seen a lady who was a friend of my mother in law's die from breast cancer. It was so tragic... She wasn't conscious, but doctors said she can feel immense pain. I could see the pain her family was suffering... So any contribution that can be made is important, especially since ovarian cancer has no early detection. I appreciate what companies like Witchery are doing to help save lives.

Anyhow... If you need a white shirt which is an essential, Witchery does have some really nice ones with a price tag to go with it -but if you can afford it, why not buy one? I was actually surprised when I had a looksie at their collection. They have some really nice ones. I suggest you check them out too. Go on, click click.

If you are interested in finding out more about the campaign, you can visit the site here.

Here are some of the shirts that are included in the Witchery campaign...

I love this one. It's longer than a regular shirt and it's also worn loose rather than fitted. I just wish they had something bigger than a 14! Grrr...

I know I said I love the previous one, but isn't this one just gorgeous too? I love it! It's smokin' HOT!!!

Well this one is just elegant. It's nice and long so it can be worn with a pair of nice pants. NICE pants, the dressy ones, NOT casual pants!!!

Sarar Scarves - 2009-2010 Autumn/Winter Collection

Finally Sarar has updated it's silk scarf collection online. I've been waiting to see what they have in store for us hijabis this season...

Sarar's scarf range is actually quite new. Well, if I say new, I mean a few years... The brand is actually a very old and well-known top designer brand in Turkey. They have a deep-rooted history in the fashion (clothing) industry, but they do not cater for the muslim community like the other brands that sell scarves.

As you will see below, Sarar's scarves are worn by non-hijabis as an accessory... I had mentioned in past blogs that I am not really fond of scarf companies using non-hijabi models to showcase almost their entire scarf range, but in this case it is different... As I said, their targeted customers aren't entirely hijabis... Sarar has been catering generally for the rich and elite society, and the scarves are a part of this also. However, even though their scarves are 100% silk, they're cheaper compared to other brands - they sell at approximately $50-$55 AUD, while the others sell between $80-$300. Oh and the quality of their silk is excellent. In addition to this, they have some very nice designs. I actually liked the previous season's range more, and I think I liked that model more too :) but this season aint so bad either.
Anyways... I will be bringing in a range of Sarar's scarves to sell soon inshaallah... As most of you know I currently sell through Facebook (see details on the right side of my blog), but my webpage will be at your service soon inshaallah!

And now, enjoy some eye candy...

I would like to believe that she is wearing faux fur (it must be!) :) but she looks hot don't you think?

Lovely colour combo... Always love pink/grey and purple/grey.. also I had heard that leopard designs designs are coming back... Sarar has these designs on a few of its recent collection. We see some of the mentioned trend on this scarf... I like the fact that they've played with the designer "design" and made it their "own" :)

Gorgeous colour, plus the scarf is on her head (even if some hair is showing)... that's a bonus! lol

Scarves with maps on it are increasingly popular in Turkey... I'm liking them too...

Loving the colours...

If I didn't know this was a Sarar design, I would have thought it was one of Emilio Pucci's...

I don't particularly like this scarf... not really my style, but I've put it here only because I LOVE GREEN! :)

I like brown... I also like the combination of colours used on here...

My favourite... I love vibrant colours on black which is why I usually wear a black outfit with a colourful hijab... I will definitely be getting one for myself inshaallah! Had I mentioned that this is my favourite? :)

So what do you think? Do you have a favourite? You can browse through the entire Sarar Scarves catalogue and the Sarar Clothing catalogues online.

A Very Delayed Eid Festival

It was a very delayed festival indeed!

The Turkish Islamic Community held their 1 day Eid Festival just yesterday (10 October 2009). The festival was set on the grounds of the Keysborough Mosque.

We were there with my husband to hold a stall. To be honest, I have no idea if this was their first festival or one of many others. As I was in Turkey for quite some time, I'm a little delayed on most things that happen in Melbourne.

Anyhow... we were supposed to be there at around 11am, and since we live on the other side of town it roughly takes a little over an hour to get there. So, in reality I had to get up at around 8am, get all the stock ready by 9-10am, and leave home by 10:30am the latest! Yes, that is how it was meant to be. However, I woke up just before 12pm (went to sleep around 7am, set my alarm, but do ya think I heard?!!) to my husband running downstairs (yeah, slept on the sofa cos it was too late(!) to go to bed, and if I went to bed, I would never be able to wake up early!) and yelling "IT'S 12, IT'S 12!!!"

We got ourselves and and the stock ready by 1pm (1 hour?!!! it's a record for me LOL). Then we googled the location to plan our route. If everything went according to plan, we would have been there no later than 2:30pm (still very late since the festa started midday!) When do things go as planned? I never remember anything I do ever go as planned... Westgate Fwy was closed! :( I've only been to that area max 4 times in my life, and wouldn't know any other way... We didn't have an e-tag that would allow us to breeze through the tollways...

So we blamed each other for a while. LOL Hubby blamed me for not getting up earlier cos he didn't know that I worked all night. In return I blamed him thinking he slept earlier so he could have woken up. Since he's new in Melbourne, he doesn't know too many routes either, but hey, he got his taxi license, so he should know better than me!

This is the convo (more like argument) we had in the car:

Hubby: open the melway and look for another way to go

Me: I don't know how to go there even witht the melway! The lasttime I tried, I ended up in geelong, the total opposite direction..

Hubby: you should know better than me, I don't know melbourne!

Me: piss off! we spent so much money on your taxi course and license; was it for nothing? prove to me that all the money didn't go down the bloody drain!

Hubby: I said, open the melway and tell me where to go or I'm going home!

Me: Nope... I'm not gonna open it before you look first!

Hubby: I'm going home.. ?

Me: Go! I don't care...

Then he took the melway... opened it... and started asking me, "how about this route?" So he got me involved anyway... We decided on Princes Hwy... And guess what? We got there! It was a little past 3pm when we finally reached our destination and all the other stalls were open.

My husband wasn't too happy and kept on saying "no stall area left!" and I showed him a couple... Anyhow, we set up in one of the 2 places I showed and another seller came and set up right after us... So we weren't the last ones to get there. :) But you know what? It was pretty quiet when we first got there, because nobody was expecting big numbers anyway. There were only about 6 stalls selling stuff, including us... one of the stalls was to represent one of the islamic colleges, and 1 stall was in the back section next to the food stalls selling books. There were only 2 food stalls and one selling corn. I missed out on the corn as there was none left by the time I got there. Oh yeah, there were also some rides in the back, but I couldn't really go to that section. I asked my husband to go take some photos in that section, but he went and didn't take any! Apparently he was embarrassed. Doh!!! But he was too ready to go and watch the fight that started. Don't ask what the fight was about, I have no idea. I'm assuming it was over a girl... Fights usually are... It's either a girl or land/power!

I blabbed on and on again! I always want to write short posts so as not to bore you guys, but I can't stop! Sowwy...

Before I end this post, I have to say... It was a wonderful day... The weather was beautiful mashaallah... The people at most of the other stalls were also very kind and considerate. I had the people from the stall beside me move some stuff around in their own stall to make way for my customers. That was soooooo nice! May Allah reward them.

There were also some "big men" from the council with their wife. One had "ministed of... something" (couldn't see) badge on him. He kept on wearing his spectacles each time he went past my scarves. It was cute :) I couldn't approach him as I usually had customers when he was around.

I didn't go there to make any profit and we didn't think we would make any sales. It was more as a favour and we thought a little advertising wouldn't hurt, but alhamdulillah, the response was good.

Now for some photos (sorry, not too many as I couldn't get my hubby to take them, grr!)
This is the first thing you see when you get there. There were about 4 stalls under this. I took this photo from my stall. The items you see are replica handbags and wallets. There was someone on the opposite side selling scarves too. They were different to the ones I sell, so there was a good range to suit all.

Same place, but a little more to the side. There was a conference hall on the left. That redish wall you see.. that's the conference hall. I've been told that there were a couple of informative seminars held there on the day. Oh, and to the right of this (you can't see), there were seats and tables, and another sheltered area with seat for people to eat and relax with live music in the afternoon.

You can see the conference hall more clearly now. The stalls you see on that wall were selling jewellery and the other one on the left with all the stuff stuck on the wall was representing Mt. Hira College. Oh and there were home made cakes and sweets being sold right next to us. You can a glimpse on the left. BTW, that garbage bin was in our way all day!

This was our stall, and that man is my husband. I kept on telling him to get out of the photos, but as you can see, I failed... Oh and the stall on the left (I know, you can't see) was selling clothing items. There was a good range as everyone was selling something different...

Yes, our stall again... and my husband... again! I know, our stall looks a little tacky, but we had no idea what the place was going to be like, what we could do, etc. etc. Better next time inshaallah. :)

VIDEO: Islamic Clothes, Fashion and Accessories Fair - Istanbul

Okay ladies, I found a very short video from the fair, and ya know what? It's in English!!! So that's even better aye?

Anyhow, also, check out the stuffs in the background too to get a glimpse of some of the scarf designs. Ohhh I'm sooo drooling... :)

Islamic Clothes, Fashion and Accessories Fair - Istanbul

I don't know how many of you are aware or have heard of it, but the world's first Islamic Clothes, Fashion and Accessories Fair was hosted in Istanbul last week. It actually ended just yesterday, the 4th of October, 2009.

I've been following Turkish media for the past couple of months regarding the event, and couldn't wait for it to happen even though I knew I was not going to be attend it this year. I really wanted to participate as a guest, but it's not that easy to just up and leave to the other part of the world considering certain circumstances...

Anyhow, I do dream to have a stall there one day, so I was hoping that this first one was a success. However, to my disappointment, there has been only 1 article that I could find. I checked almost all major Turkish newspapers, did an online search, but all the articles were from months or days before the event. I am wondering if media coverage was restricted due to the arguments it may give rise to once more in Turkey? As most of you will know, the hijab is a huge subject of argument in Turkey... So I'm wondering if they're just trying to prevent that?

Anyhow, I will share the only piece of coverage I could find, but I really am pissed that I couldn't find more. Also, no photos either! Oh how I wish I was there! :( Inshaallah in the future years.. I not only want to be there, but I dream of having my own stall inshaallah. Hey, a girl can dream can't she? :)

Okay okay, here is the article from Hurriyet Daily News (it's only in the English version, not even in the Turkish!)... If I find anything else in the next couple of days, I will do a follow-up!

The first Islamic fashion fair in Istanbul
Friday, October 2, 2009
Vercihan Ziflioğlu
ISTANBUL - Hürriyet Daily News

Istanbul hosts its first Islamic Fashion Fair. The fair, which opened its doors Thursday and will continue until Oct. 4, features prominent Turkish brands that appeal most to secular society

Wearing a veil has been one of the hottest topics on Turkey’s agenda over the past year, especially between the secular and the religious. And with the conservative Justice and Development Party, or AKP, ruling the state, the arguments have escalated.

The first Turkish Islamic Clothes, Fashion and Accessories Fair, which opened its doors at Istanbul Expo Center on Oct. 1, seems that it will bring the topic to the agenda again. The fair gathers veil producers, retail dealers, wholesalers and foreign Islamic clothes importers.

During this fair, the trends of Islamic fashion for 2010 will be displayed. The participating firms and fashion designers have the chance to promote their new pieces at stands and through fashion shows. There will also be a competition, allowing designers and firms to participate with creations for 2010, such as scarves, veils and coats.

The fair expects to host 3,000 foreign professional visitors and 12,000 local visitors. Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Libya, Morocco, Malaysia, Indonesia, the United States, France and Germany are among the participating countries.

At the fair there are Turkish brands that appeal mostly to the secular society of Turkey, such as Vakko. The brand, which opened in the 60s and is known for its modern designs, is operating a scarf stand at the fair.

The officials of the brand did not want to talk about their participation in the Islamic fashion fair yet one of them, who did not want to reveal her name, said it wouldn’t be proper if the brand’s name is mentioned with this fair. When asked why they are a part of the fair, the woman said, “We opened a stand here because the veil now has a market value and we have to follow the latest developments and trends in this market.”

No handshaking

The fashion shows at the fair showcase the latest trends in headscarves, burqas and scarves with the most famous models. Among them was Şenay Akay, considered one of Turkey’s top models, who often appears in tabloids showing her lifestyle and what she wears. “Akay, during this fashion fair, does not prefer to speak to the media,” said Hüseyin Aslan, the general manager of the organizing firm, Demos Fair and Organization.

Other than the models and officials of the brands that have stands at the fair, visitors do not want to talk either. And furthermore, men avoid any kind of contact with women. Some women who reached out to men to shake hands had their hands left hanging in the air.

At the fair there is great interest from the Muslim world, especially from Jordan and Thailand.

According to Aslan, the biggest aim in opening this fair is to promote the Turkish textile sector to foreign countries through burqas. “We intend to establish a place in the world market with this fair. Another aim of ours is to meet the needs of the Muslims living in Europe,” he said.

Noting that the textile sector produces more quality goods each year, Aslan said, “The burqa is a market around the world and Turkey could be a leader in this market.”

Aslan thinks that there is no conflict over the veil and scarf issue in Turkey, and he believes that interest in the burqa, just like sales, are the same compared to past years. “The interest in the burqa has neither increased, nor declined,” Aslan said.

Burqini, the new trend

One of the most attractive stands at the fair belongs to Haşema Tekstil (Burqini Textile). A burqini is a swimming suit version of the burqa and it is designed to hide the lines of the body. Esra Çelik, who has designed burqinis for nearly 10 years, said: “I don’t wear a burqa or use a scarf to cover my hair, but designing burqinis makes me happy. It is a new field in the textile sector and it enables me to design freely.”

Çelik said there is great interest in burqinis not only from Turkish and Arabic people but also from Muslims living in Europe. The textile company sometimes has a hard time meeting demand.

Çelik said Turkey’s secular society and the western world are biased about the burqa. “I find the arguments really trivial. Let people wear what they want,” she said.

There are also many foreign brands operating stands at the fair. Bob Singal, from Thailand, is one of them. It is his second time in Turkey and he is happy that such a fair could be opened in Istanbul. “Turkey is a modern country that connects East and West. Being a bridge between East and West brings many interesting characters. There are both modern-looking people and there are people who are wearing a burqa. It is a colorful country.”

Elyas Kapall is another participator. He is from Morocco but has been living in Paris for many years now. He also thinks that it is good to have this fair in Istanbul. “Turkey brings differences to the Muslim world. It is a richness that this Muslim country sets as an example,” he said.

Nurin Kaan, from Dubai, was another visitor. She said she liked the idea of having an Islamic fashion fair in Istanbul but she said she found the designs inadequate.

Besides the regular wear garments, there will also be bridal dresses, nightgowns and children’s clothing.

You never need to worry about vacuuming again!

Now wouldn't that be great?

The house I'm renting is so huge that it takes a lot of time to clean it... Which is probably why I never really get around to doing it at once... and when I do one cleaning task in one day, by the time I get to the next cleaning task in the following couple of days, the first set of cleaning that I did in the previous day is all gone, i.e. needs to be done again!

Oh boy... I hate washing dishes (don't have a dishwasher in this house) and then putting them away. I love ironing! I seriously do! But I'm not sure about the vacuuming. I actually don't mind it, but I think it's something I don't want to do due to the size of the house and all the other things I have to do.

Ah and the laundry! Well, I like doing the laundry in spring (not cool spring, the warmer days) and summer. I can never get the laundry to dry in the winter days, and quite frankly I'm at a stage where I'm sick and tired of doing the laundry. Please please please, gorgeous spring and summer days, come, come, oh do come to Melbourne! I know that other states like Queensland and NSW are enjoying the beautiful sun-filled days, but we aint doing so well in Melbourne... But I guess those days will be here soon... Then again, this is Melbourne and one can never be too sure!

Anyways, I came across this mad gadget! I don't know if it retails anywhere else, but you can buy it in Australia and if I'm not mistaken you can buy it online.

I'm talking about the iRobot Roomba 530 Vacuum Cleaning Robot. Here's the description on the TVSN website.

Keeping up with dirt, dust and crumbs can be a daily challenge. iRobot Roomba vacuums up an amazing amount of debris.

• Navigates each room for an efficient clean.
• Avoids stairs, cleans along wall edges and under furniture.
• Automatically adjusts from carpets to hard floors and back again.
• Automatically docks and recharges between cleaning.
• Anti tangle technology- will not get stuck on cords or fringes.
• Sized to clean under furniture.
• Covers three rooms on a single charge.
• Charges in 3 hours.

This is the baby I'm talking about...
Looks nice too doesn't it?

Now how wild does that sound? Oh and it retails at $599.00 AUD!

If it really does all that, I'm willing to pay (when I have the cash to spend of course LOL).

Anybody seen, heard or tried this device before? Would you consider buying?

How cool would it be if you got at least the vacuuming chore out of the way? And you don't even need to think about it; the appliance does it all by itself. Reeeeooowwww! I want one, I want one, I want one!!! That would save me at least 2 hours a week.
